Finance Industry Veteran to Lead the Financial Operations for
Largest Provider of Secondary Market Networking Equipment
Santa Barbara, Calif. ─ April 22, 2009 ─ Network Hardware Resale (NHR), the leading provider of pre-owned and new networking equipment, announced the recent appointment of Andrea Greene as its chief financial officer. In this role, Greene is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s accounting and finance operations worldwide, capital markets initiatives as well as the legal and risk management functions.
Prior to joining NHR, Greene served as a principal with Allied Capital, an investor in NHR. In that capacity, she held an advisory seat on NHR’s board of directors, enabling her to develop an in-depth knowledge of company operations and the secondary market for networking equipment.

With more than 13 years of experience in the finance industry, Greene has served in various capacities at top financial services firms, including Allied Capital, JPMorgan Partners and CIBC Oppenheimer. “I am pleased to be joining NHR’s leadership team at a time when focusing on financial performance is of utmost importance given current market conditions,” she said. “NHR has an attractive value proposition as we offer lower-cost alternatives for top quality network hardware and support services, which have never been more relevant to so many organizations as they are today.”
Greene received an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University. A resident of Los Angeles, she is based at NHR’s headquarters in Santa Barbara.
