Network Hardware Resale Announces Additions to Management Team

Expanded Management Organization Readies Company for Continued Growth

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., September 27, 2005 – Network Hardware Resale (NHR) announced today the appointment of four senior managers as the company continues to post record revenues and plan additional growth. The new appointments include Stephen Gibbs, vice president of warehouse operations; Bryan Siever, vice president of sales development; Rick Stevens, vice president of marketing; and Stephen Allcott, controller.

“We are always striving to improve our processes, our offerings and our infrastructure to ensure that we consistently provide extraordinary service to our customers,” said Chuck Sheldon, president and CEO of Network Hardware Resale. “With these additions to our management team, NHR benefits from fresh ideas and veteran insights that will keep the company on top of its industry, poised for additional growth and focused on its customers.”

NHR, a leading provider of pre-owned networking equipment, has enjoyed 36 consecutive quarters of growth and profitability and is on pace to exceed $100 million in revenue for 2005. In June, the company added a sales office in New Jersey and now employs more than 125 people in the U.S. and Europe.

“I am extremely excited about the strong management team we have in place. NHR is experiencing unprecedented growth, and I am confident that we have assembled the right team to continue the solid execution and smart growth that have made NHR successful,” concluded Sheldon.

Stephen Gibbs has joined NHR as vice president of warehouse operations with responsibility for maintaining rigorous quality standards and maximizing efficiency in the supply chain and order fulfillment processes. Gibbs brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in engineering, project and program development. He comes to NHR from Raytheon where he most recently served as a Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt leading lean manufacturing, product assurance, supply chain and other mission-critical projects.

Bryan Siever has joined NHR as vice president of sales development with the responsibility of hiring, training and guiding NHR’s rapidly growing, international sales organization. Siever brings deep experience in organizational learning, sales development and professional coaching. An Aspen Institute graduate, professional coach and former Franklin Covey facilitator, his career spans more than 15 years in both corporate and consulting roles. Siever’s previous experience includes training and organizational development for Hyatt Hotels, University of California at Santa Barbara, Raytheon, Gateway, Indigo Systems, and Bacara Resort and Spa.

Rick Stevens has joined NHR as vice president of marketing providing strategic direction and management for NHR’s recently expanded marketing organization. Stevens leads brand management, market research, direct marketing, and communications. He brings 20 years of experience in marketing and product management with extensive expertise in the network hardware industry. Stevens previously held senior marketing management positions at Alcatel, Extreme Networks and Nortel Networks.

Stephen Allcott, a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of corporate accounting and audit experience, has joined NHR as financial controller. Allcott oversees the accounting department and has responsibility for all NHR’s corporate accounting and reporting functions. Prior to joining NHR, he was an accounting and audit manager with the public accounting firm Damitz Brooks Nightingale Turner & Morrisset.
