Newly acquired server and storage offerings complement Curvature’s established hybrid network services to expand delivery of end-to-end support
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Nov. 6, 2014 – Curvature, an innovative IT infrastructure and services provider, today announced the acquisition of CSU Industries, a global provider of third-party maintenance and support services. The move makes it possible for Curvature to offer more organizations around the world unprecedented choices in IT service, support and equipment procurement options for critical, multi-vendor network and data center environments.
According to Mike Sheldon, President and CEO of Curvature, the acquisition of CSU Industries will increase Curvature’s ability to meet ever-evolving customer demands for flexible, cost-effective, end-to-end service and support solutions. “CSU Industries has a 34-year track record of service and support excellence, which will prove invaluable as we extend both the reach and depth of our third-party maintenance from the data center to the network and the cloud,” he said. “Together, we provide more than 3,000 global customers with best-of-class support for hundreds of thousands of devices from over 550 locations around the world.”
Curvature will take advantage of CSU Industries’ proven service methodologies and support capabilities to strengthen global third-party maintenance offerings, encompassing hybrid network services, data center consolidations, end of life migrations and equipment upgrades.
