Curvature holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001 certifications ensuring the highest standards in authentication, equipment testing, customer care and order fulfillment. As a result, our processes are third-party verified to be among the best in the world. Under our zero-tolerance policy, any equipment with signs of variation, remanufacturing, or cannibalization is disqualified and reported. Damaged or broken items are immediately rejected.
Testing and Configuration
Curvature delivers fully tested and configured equipment deployable out-of-the-box and at a verified 0.5% failure rate, well below OEM standards on new equipment. Technicians verify that all items needed for configuration are included and are compatible. Assembled items are powered on, synchronized and tested as a fully configured unit allowing plug-and-play installation at customer site.
Value Added Processing
Using strict ESD control protocols, Curvature’s Value-Added Processing department inspects, cleans, and preps all pre-owned equipment. Expert technicians correct minor physical defects such as adding missing screws or fixing minor dents and scratches. Paint specialists ensure cosmetic condition is free of any blemish or imperfection and matches “like new” visual standards.
Inventory
Curvature has access to over $100 million in global inventory that is tested and ready to ship within days. Our global logistics and supply chain features distribution centers in the U.S., the Netherlands and Singapore enabling us to stage our extensive inventory in every major time zone within next-business-day delivery of every major city. Curvature can deliver in days, not weeks or months.
Packaging and Shipping
Using our Curvature-developed proprietary software suite, each item goes through Quality Control (QC) to ensure consistent testing, efficient order management, and accurate inventory control. It is then delivered to the Packaging & Shipping department, where equipment is expertly packaged in custom containers, static-free packaging, insulated boxes or custom crates and shipped accordingly.
