What to do when Cisco ends support on your 6509.
Know your options.
There are new options available to extend support on your classic 6500 chassis. In November 2012, Cisco is ending support for the 6503, 6506 and 6509 chassis. This does not mean you have to upgrade to the new E chassis to retain support.
